Public information can be requested both in writing or by phone, and electronically by completing and submitting the request form below:
 
 
The methods of contesting the decision of the authority or the public institution in the situation where the persons consider themselves damaged regarding the right of access to the requested information of public interest are provided in art. 21 and art. 22 of Law no. 544/ 2001 regarding free access to information of public interest, namely:
The complaint, which is submitted to the head of the public authority or institution, within 30 days of being informed by the damaged person;
The complaint to the administrative litigation section of the court in whose territorial radius the petitioner resides or in whose territorial radius the headquarters of the public authority or institution is located, under the terms of Law no. 554/2004 of the administrative litigation with subsequent amendments and additions. The complaint is made within 30 days from the date of expiry of the term provided for in art. 7 of Law no. 544/ 2001 regarding free access to information of public interest.
